6 High Water is in the heart of Palmetto Dunes with a stunning view of the Robert Trent Jones golf course and 11-mile lagoon. This 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom home sleeps 8 and features a private pool and spa, expansive yard space, elevated deck for grilling and excellent views of the 2nd hole on the Robert Trent Jones golf course. This home is a short 8-minute bike ride to the beach and 6 bikes are provided complimentary to guests!
This home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking for all guests! The first floor of this home features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and the main entertainment center of the home. As you enter the home you are greeted with an abundance of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room has comfortable seating, a smart TV, wonderful views of golfers and access to the deck. To the left of the living room, the formal dining room has seating for 8 and overlooks the deck and kitchen area. The kitchen is spacious with a center island and a breakfast dining area with additional seating for 4. This is the perfect space for entertaining indoors and outdoors with access to the dining room and outdoor deck! Just past the kitchen, the laundry room features a washer and dryer. Back towards the living room and down the hall, bedroom 1 is located on the left. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, private patio with golf course views and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a soaking tub and walk-in shower! Just across the hall, bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and a smart TV. A bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The 2nd floor hallway overlooks the main living area and connects the upstairs spaces. Bedroom 3 is located to the left with 2 twin-sized beds, a bean bag, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo. Just across the breezeway, bedroom 4 features a queen-sized bed with golf course views, a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
When you aren’t relaxing inside, you can entertain guests in the spacious backyard with a private pool and spa! The wraparound deck features a propane grill, dining table and is partially covered to protect from the sun! This deck has the best views of the pool, 11-mile lagoon and 2nd hole on the Robert Trent Jones golf course! Guests can easily access the beach through Palmetto Dunes via bike or the seasonal shuttle service. 2023 Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service
March 13 – March 31: 10am-8pm | April 1 – Labor Day: 8am-9pm
This service is available seasonally from April to Labor Day to residents and guests. The Buggy will bring passengers to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, as well as Shelter Cove Harbour, Shelter Cove Towne Centre, and the Plaza at Shelter Cove.
*Total number of vehicles allowed is 8 in the driveway.
*This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation and additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking. The cost for additional passes is $26 each + taxes for arrivals before 9/30/2024 and $35 each + taxes for arrivals on or after 10/1/2024. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $800/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*Pets are not allowed.
*3-night minimum stay required.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
