13 Sailmaster Common was remodeled to be your favorite vacation villa on the island. This villa has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with thoughtful coastal details throughout. Located in the heart of Shipyard, the pool is steps from your patio, and you are 1.2 miles from the private Shipyard Beach Club! The open floor plan of the first level makes this villa easy for entertaining family and friends! The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with stainless steel appliances. You will have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! The dining room overlooks the living room with 2 dining tables and plenty of seating for all guests. The second table is the perfect for dining or playing games like chess or cards! The living room is bright and open with a sleeper sofa, twin-sized murphy bed, smart TV and desk which is perfect for anyone working remotely. The patio features a dining table and umbrella with a path to the seasonal community pool, open April – October (weather permitting.) A half bathroom is located just before heading upstairs.
The second level features 2 bedrooms, each with a private balcony. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, smart TV and ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed with an additional sleeper sofa and ensuite with a shower/tub combo. With the upgrades in this villa and central location to everything Shipyard has to offer, you will have so much to do! Shipyard Plantation has a private beach club with showers and changing rooms, beach access, many golf courses and so much more!

*This property is in the gated community of Shipyard and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation.
