1663 Bluff Villa is a newly renovated studio villa in Sea Pines! This studio villa sleeps 2 and is a short walk to the beach, pickleball courts and South Beach Marina! This villa is located on the second level with a Juliette balcony.
As you enter the villa, you are greeted by beautiful furnishing and updates throughout. The bathroom is located to the left with a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of storage. Closet space to the right of the main entrance offers additional storage space for clothes and luggage that you may bring. The kitchen features granite counter tops, a full-sized oven and stove top, fridge and freezer, Keurig, microwave, and washer. A dining area for 2 is located just off the kitchen. The living area is spacious with a comfortable couch, smart TV, and queen-sized murphy bed. The murphy bed is easily stored away for added space in the living room area.
1663 Bluff Villa is perfectly located to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Sea Pines is home to the RBC Heritage Tournament in April, Sea Pines Racquet Club, 3 golf courses, the Shops at Sea Pines, miles of bike paths, South Beach Marina, tennis and pickleball courts and so much more!
