The ground level of this home is great for outdoor entertaining with a private pool, propane grill, patio heaters and ping pong table! As guests head inside, the first floor features a spacious open floor plan with a dining room, living room and kitchen with plenty of seating for all 22 guests. Overlooking the pool and lagoon view, the patio offers additional seating just off the living and dining room. Head towards the front of the house to find the laundry room with washer and dryer and conveniently located half bathroom. The first bedroom in this home is located just off the main entrance with a king-sized bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower.
Take the main staircase to the second level with 3-bedrooms and an extra living area! All bedrooms on this floor feature a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 features an ensuite with a walk-in shower.
