The first level of this home features a spacious living room with a smart TV, full wet bar, and access to the covered porch overlooking the pool! The first bedroom is located down the hall, featuring 2 bunk beds, a smart TV and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, smart TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 features 2 bunk beds, smart TV and shares a bathroom with bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, private covered porch access overlooking the pool. The shared bathroom offers plenty of space with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. The conveniently located laundry room offers extra capacity washer and dryer, farm sink and a folding station. There is an additional full bathroom with walk in shower off the entrance from the porch and pool area.
Guests can utilize the elevator or staircase off the main level to access all levels.
Bedroom 5 is on the third level with a king–sized bed, smart TV and ensuite with double vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk–in shower.
The spectacular top level has an open floor plan which includes 2 living areas each with a cathedral ceiling, 55-inch smart TV with Bose surround sound, large dining table that seats 10, kitchen with island and bar seating, built in eating area for 8, stainless steel appliances including two refrigerator/freezers and much more.
