As guests enter the home from the 1st level, an inviting open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. Just off the kitchen, additional seating is available in the dining area for 8 and living room with a comfortable sectional. Guests can head out the French doors to the private pool and spa deck. The deck offers plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the pool and view of the marsh/ocean! Before heading up to the 2nd level, the first bedroom is located off the kitchen featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor with a washer/dryer just off the kitchen.
Take the elevator next to the stairs to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features 2 queen-sized beds, a private balcony and ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower.
