The first-floor open floor plan features a living room with a smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in wine rack! Just off the gourmet kitchen, you can take in the water views from the screened-in porch with a fan, dining area and seating area. If you prefer to take in the sun, you can access the uncovered deck and take in even more water views with access to a propane grill, rocking chairs and a second outdoor dining area.
On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed, a smart TV and spa like ensuite with granite countertops, a tiled walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 is a designated office with a flat screen TV, a twin-sized sleeper sofa.
