Enjoy ahi tuna with an Asian orange glaze, sweet soy, and sushi rice, or rainbow trout butterflied and cooked roasted lemon and champagne beurre blanc. Try something different with U10 New Bedford Scallops – seared crispy outside, rare and tender inside, with pear and Gorgonzola pockets, lemon grass-saffron beurre blanc, or the Misoyaki “butterfish”: topped with a 2-day marinate, baby bok choy, jasmine rice, sizzling soy vinaigrette, daikon radish, and lobster flan.
Terra
Plant one foot on the ground and one in the water with surf and turf featuring twin filet mignon medallions, U10 scallops, brioche royale, brandy sauce, and caramelized apples. Stay completely dry with osso buco – a seven-hour roasted pork shank, Catena Malbec demi-glace, creamy orzo, and shattered leeks. Try the six-ounce filet mignon, stuffed with Gorganzola and spinach and finished with a demi-glace and served with French fries. The Crispy “French” duck is a delicious fresh roasted duck served crispy and tender with chef’s flaming moonshine, with L’Orange Flambe done tableside.

Satisfy your sweet tooth. Choose traditional tiramisu or the chocolate of the day. Their “deconstructed berries” is light and fresh, while the bacon sundae features vanilla ice cream, crisped bacon, a savory maple reduction, and salted whipped dairy cream.
