1 Broad View Lane is a stunning new construction home at the Marshes on Broad Creek. This home sleeps 14 and is dog-friendly with a private pool, spacious yard, game room and bunk bedroom. When you stay here, you are an easy drive or bike ride to Adventure Cove Mini Golf (included with most stays*), the new Lucky Beach Bar + Kitchen, baseball fields and tennis courts at Chaplin Community Park, miles of bikes paths, beach access points and more!
The ground floor features an indoor game room with a ping pong table, pop shot, darts, putting game and 2 smart TVs! Just off the game room, guests can enjoy the ocean breeze from the covered patio with a propane grill and dining area or take a dip in the private pool. The backyard has ample green space, perfect for the kids or your dog!
The main level features an open floor plan and spacious outdoor patio overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of storage space for everyone’s favorite snacks and drinks on vacation. The kitchen island makes it easy to entertain while staying connected with friends and family in the living room. The living room has an electric fireplace with a smart TV that can easily be seen from the dining table behind the sectional.
All bedrooms feature a smart TV and LVP flooring throughout. Down the hall, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is the largest in the home with a king-sized bed and ensuite with double vanity sinks and a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a queen-sized bed and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third floor is the perfect space for kids with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin trundles. This room also has an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax even with both twin trundles in use!
1 Broad View Lane was custom built with your perfect vacation in mind. When you stay here, you are centrally located to everything that Hilton Head has to offer, and you will want to return year over year. Plus, enjoy complimentary beach towels and daily golf and island activities included with your stay!
*Total number of vehicles allowed is 4, with 3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $350/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*1 dog allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required.
*3-night minimum stay required. 7-night minimum stay required Memorial Day – Labor Day with check-in/check-out on Saturday.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
