2 Barrier Beach is one of our larger vacation rentals that are perfect for a large group! This stunning lowcountry home is just a 3-minute walk from Burke’s Beach. Sleeping up to 18 guests, this home has 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half baths. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds. Another has 2 queen beds, and the last bedroom has a set of custom-built bunk beds. The loft also has a sleeper sofa and an additional bunk bed. There is no shortage of sleeping space!
We cannot forget about the living spaces! 2 Barrier Beach has a large interior space and plenty of space outside. The open floor plan between the living space and the kitchen means no one gets left out of the fun! The kitchen has the equipment, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. Just off the living space is one of two walk-out patios with rocking chairs. This is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning!
Upstairs there is a perfect hang-out spot for the kids and those that are kids at heart. The Loft is a multifunctional space for fun during the day and sleeping at night. This room doubles as a gaming room with a multipurpose gaming table and a smart tv!
The outdoor space will bring a smile to anyone who loves to host and entertain. There is a private pool, a gas grill, a custom-built bar with a built-in cooler, a mini fridge, and new bar stools.
