The Interior
This open floor plan makes getting around the house nice and easy, with much of the home being connected to the foyer. When you enter, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and additional seating area are all located to the left.
Starting with the living room, you’ll find plenty of seating for the whole party, with multiple couches and individual chairs. There’s a sizable table in the center of the room, leaving plenty of space for drinks and snacks while you gather around the massive flat screen TV built into its own alcove on the wall. Stream your favorite TV shows or put on a few movies for that relaxing night in. There are also several windows in the room that let in plenty of natural light and give you a great view of the outside.
The Kitchen
Kitchens are one of the most important parts of any home, and we’ve made sure to fully furnish this kitchen with all of the modern amenities you could need to prepare meals of all sizes. From small snacks to full course meals, you’ll be able to experiment with whatever culinary desire strikes you. With a countertop stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, and more, these modern stainless steel appliances are guaranteed to impress.
There’s also plenty of storage space available, starting with the abundant counter space on the high-quality granite countertops. You’ll have plenty of prep space while you’re putting together party favors or feeding the entire party. If you’re bringing along perishables or anything that needs cold storage, there’s a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and for everything else the kitchen has plenty of cabinet space.
Though the sink has plenty of space, you won’t have to wash your dishes by hand, because this home is also furnished with a dishwasher. Other kitchen amenities available to you are the coffee maker, seating around the central island, and of course plenty of utensils for everybody to use.
The Outside Area
Easily accessible from the foyer, the pool area is sure to win you over. You’ll be spending plenty of time out here no matter what season you choose to visit during. Enjoy the beautiful wooden deck with built in pool and a ton of seating for everyone, plenty of which has shade available if people aren’t planning on getting too much sun. You can keep the party running out back by using the stone grilling space and accompanying wet bar, too, making this the ideal spot to have a BBQ and enjoy the coastal breeze.
Just down the stairs you’ll find a secondary seating area with an artificial turf backyard and fireplace with four chairs. Though it’s never too cold on Hilton Head Island, this is still the perfect hangout spot after the sun goes down on those cooler nights. Take the small gate at the rear of the yard for access to the shaded beach path, too!
The Bedrooms
6 Laurel Lane has a luxurious master suite, complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, LED Smart Mirror, and rainfall effect shower head. Whoever is lucky enough to stay in the master also gets access to their own private balcony with its own jacuzzi, as well.
The bedroom immediately to the right of the entrance also has a king mattress, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a rainfall effect shower head. You’ll also get easy access to the front patio through the adjacent sliding door.
If you take the stairs up to the second floor from the kitchen, you’ll find a kitchenette and another bedroom, also equipped with a king bed and flat-screen TV, but also with a full closet and large desk if you need to get some work done. This room also has its own full bathroom with LED Smart Mirror and rainfall effect shower head. Sliding doors in this suite also lead you to a balcony that overlooks the pool area.
Another bedroom also comes with its own king bed and flat-screen TV but also has two full-size closets for anybody who needs the space. With high ceilings reaching up to twelve feet, this room has some of the best natural lighting in the house that comes through the gorgeous windows. The full bathroom also comes with a rainfall effect shower head and LED Smart Mirror.
The two remaining bedrooms can be accessed through the set of stairs in the foyer. One of these rooms has two queen beds, a large closet, and its own full bathroom. The other room has two twin XL over full bunk beds, and a large closet with full bathroom and combination shower and tub.
Other Amenities
Both the pool and spa have heating available for an additional fee, just let us know when you’re making your reservation. There is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer to make sure you won’t run out of clean clothes on those extended stays. Wi-Fi is available for no additional charge, so feel free to stream your favorite shows or get some remote work done if you need.
