1 Catbird is home in the renowned Sea Pines Plantation. It features 4 bedrooms plus a game room with two daybeds and two trundle beds. Sitting on the second fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, guest will be able to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the screened-in porch – equipped with outdoor living room furniture to relax with a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail! Guests are just a four-minute walk to the beach, as well as a short ten-minute drive to Harbour Town – featuring extraordinary selections of shops, restaurants, and art galleries for the entire family!
As guests arrive at 1 Catbird, a steppingstone path leads to the entryway of the home. The foyer area has two chairs to welcome guests into the home. The doorway straight ahead leads guests into the first room of the home. Here guests will find 2 twin trundle beds, in addition to multiple games such as foosball, ping pong, and pool. The room is furnished with a vintage bar space and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.
Just up a small flight of stairs is the main gathering area. The open floor plan gives accessway to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room, with natural lighting from the vaulted ceilings and abundance of windows, provides seating for 7, with 2 chairs, a sofa, and a love seat, all facing the decorative fireplace. The beautiful wooden cabinetry in the kitchen provides guests with a home away from home feeling. The 6-burner stove embedded in the island has plenty of counter space around it to make cooking a meal for the entire family a breeze. Just passed the island is a dining table with seating for four. Walking up another short flight of stairs to the third floor of the home leads guest to the four bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds, private balconies, and ensuite bathrooms.
This home has a carport, ready to keep vehicles clean and safe. Of the carport, guests will be able to utilize an outdoor shower after having their toes in the sand of the beautiful beaches Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Guests can enjoy the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley, readily available to transport guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Guests will also have access to the Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Community Pool with the use of the amenities card provided in the villa. Tennis courts, pickleball courts, and golf courses are available by reservations. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and water sports are a ten-minute drive away, providing plenty of activities for the entire stay!
