This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features a bunk and game room, private pool and jacuzzi, bridge access to beach, community Tennis and Pickleball Courts, a propane grill and more! The 1st level of this home is perfect for entertaining indoor and outdoor! As you walk in guests will notice the dramatically tall ceilings and natural light with floor to ceiling windows in the living room! Located just off the living room is the massive primary suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. To the right of the main entrance, a formal dining room for 8 and leads to the kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, a dining area for 6, 2 barstools and a view of the pool!
The 2nd level proves to be perfect for large families with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and a loft! The loft features 2 full/full bunk beds, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, foosball table, smart TV and PS5. Bedroom 2 is located just off the loft with a queen-sized bed and smart TV. A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower is outside of the bedroom. Down a few steps, guests enter the second wing of bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features 2 full-sized beds and Bedroom 4 also featured 2 full-sized beds. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor shower and the yard is the best place for cornhole or football! Plus, enjoy the propane grill by the pool and host guests on the deck with dining for 6!
*Total number of vehicles allowed is 6, with 5 in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
*This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation and additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking. The cost for additional passes is $26 each + taxes for arrivals before 9/30/2024 and $35 each + taxes for arrivals on or after 10/1/2024. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $800/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*1 dog allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required.
*3-night minimum stay required.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
