This fully renovated coastal home sleeps 18, featuring all new furniture, smart TVs throughout, a private pool and jacuzzi, elevator, 6 patios, 2 great rooms and so much more! With 6-bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, this is the perfect home for large family gatherings. Please see a full list of rooms and amenities below.
The first level is the entertaining hub of the home! Bedroom 1 is located to the left of the main entrance with a king-sized bed and ensuite with a jet tub and walk-in shower. Just off the master, a half bathroom and full laundry room are conveniently located. Just down the hall is the spacious kitchen and dining area with all new furniture and plenty of room for all guests to relax. Head outside to enjoy the deck with a private pool and jacuzzi, grill, and stairs to the ground level where guests can access the beach path.
As you head upstairs, the second level features 3-bedrooms and 2 patios. Bedroom 2 is to the left and has a private ocean front patio, a king-sized bed and ensuite with a jet tub and walk-in shower. Back down the hallway, bedroom 3 is located on the right with a king-sized bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 is at the end of the hallway with 2 queen-sized beds and an ensuite with a tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has patio access with ocean views!
The third level offers the best ocean views, featuring 2-bedrooms with ensuites and a massive great room with a sleeper sofa. To the right, bedroom 5 is located at the end of the hallway with a king-sized bed, ensuite with a shower/tub combo and patio access. Bedroom 6 is located just down the hall with 4 twin-sized beds and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hallway, guests can hang out in the massive great that truly has the best views in the entire home! This room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, desk for working remotely, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, bar seating, a half bathroom, and a stunning patio with seating.
3 Urchin Manor has plenty of parking for guests with 3 garage spaces and 2 reserved parking spaces in back. If additional parking is needed, guests can purchase parking at Driessen Beach Park, less than a minute walk to the back gate.*
*Guests purchasing parking at Driessen Beach Park will only be able to access the secured parking lot during the hours listed below:
