Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.  
*Pets are not allowed
*3-night minimum stay required
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 27 nights.
*South Beach Marina Pool is closed on September 5th for the rest of the 2025 season.
*Please note that once the pool is reopened, daily and weekly pool passes will be available for purchase on-site at the South Beach pool during normal pool hours.
