4th Row from the ocean, 40 North Forest Beach is a 7-bedroom, custom built vacation home for the entire family. Furnished with an 11-by-18-foot pool, hot tub, two ground floor patio areas, a second-floor sunroom, and game room located near the pool deck! Guests are just minutes from the beach and the shops and restaurants located in Coligny Circle, providing entertainment for each guest.
When guests arrive at this beautiful location, a double staircase from both driveways arrive at the front entryway of the home. As guest enter, the foyer includes a staircase to the third floor, where the main bedrooms are located. The laundry room off to the right leads into the first bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi-style bathtub. Through the doorway is the first bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plush chair. The second bedroom, located off the kitchen, is also furnished with a king-size bed, and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room provides an abundance of seating, with the L-shaped sectional and chaise chair. Mounted above a decorative fireplace, the flat screen TV provides streaming and cable options for guests to enjoy.
Back down the hall towards the foyer, the third floor is accessible via the short staircase or the elevator – which services all three floors. Five additional rooms on the second floor ensure there is enough room for each guest. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The next guest room includes a queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms, furnished with 2 double beds, are accompanied by a shared bathroom, with access from each room. The last guest room is furnished with two sets of bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen, located on the main floor is the heart of the home. Fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island suitable for four, the kitchen’s open floor plan overlooks the dining area and the living room – perfect for guests to be able to cook and host at the same time! The living room is designed with a sectional sofa and chair with an ottoman. The seating is arranged around the decorative fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen television. The dining table has seating for 12.
Equipped with seating for four, the first outdoor seating area is located off the dining room. Guests can enjoy the fresh air on the screened patio area. The screen door leads guests to the ground floor, where guests of all ages have plenty to enjoy. The 11-by-18-foot pool has plenty of lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs for relaxation. In the shaded area, guests will find the spa and a table for 8 with a wall-mounted television. To the left of the hot tub there is an outdoor shower and access to an indoor half bath. Through the opposite door, guests can enjoy a game of ping pong in the game room, conveniently connected to the 2-car garage. Just passed this area is an additional patio with seating for 4, surrounding another outdoor television.
Guests can utilize the seasonal free shuttle, which services North and South Forest Beach Avenues and Coligny Plaza. The Lowcounty Celebration Park, the newest park to Hilton Head Island, incorporates a pirate ship playground, wading pool, pavilion, and fitness station, and is just a 5-minute walk away. Coligny Beach Park offers outside showers, public beach access and walking and biking paths, with entertainment for all ages!
