An easy 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk takes you to Shipyard Beach Club where there are changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a beautiful view of the ocean.
A few stairs lead you to the front door where you are greeted by new flooring and new furniture throughout this coastal home. The first bedroom is located on the left with a king-sized bed and smart TV. The bathroom is located across the hall with a tiled walk-in shower and is easily accessible for anyone in the home. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and an open floor plan that makes entertaining easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy meals with friends and family. Two dining areas are available. One is off the kitchen and overlooks the golf course, additional seating is available at the kitchen island. The second formal dining area is adjacent to the living room.
Down a short hallway and up a few steps lead you to Bedroom 2 which features 2 Queen-sized beds, a smart TV and an ensuite with a tiled shower/tub combo. Back out to the hallway, the main suite is up a short stairway and has the best view in the entire house! Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, electric fireplace and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
