This villa sleeps 7 and is in the heart of Sea Pines where guests can enjoy a 1-minute walk to the Harbour Town lighthouse and Harbour Town Golf Links! With updated furniture and bathrooms throughout, the luxury views and comforting amenities make this property highly sought after in Sea Pines.
The first floor of this villa features the primary entertaining area with a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, and an open floor plan living/dining room. A half bathroom is conveniently located to the left of the main entrance with additional closet area for storage! The dining area overlooks the spacious living room with brand new furniture, a smart TV and full width sliding glass doors that highlight the ocean view. *3-night minimum stay required. 7-night minimum stay required Memorial Day – Labor Day with check-in/check-out on Saturday.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
