The pool complex for this community has plenty of lounge chairs for all, restrooms, a newly renovated pool (coming spring 2024) and hot tub! The Colonnade community also has a grilling area near the beach path for guests. Shipyard is home to 3 golf courses, the Shipyard Beach Club, miles of walking and beach paths and is centrally located on Hilton Head Island. While the community has so much to offer you are also a quick bike ride of drive to Coligny Plaza, Lowcountry Celebration Park, restaurants, and shops!
This villa is on one level, but you must go up 5 steps to get to the main entrance where you are greeted by a courtyard. This is the perfect space to leave your beach gear or golf equipment! Inside, you will find LVP flooring throughout and beautiful finishes. It was remodeled with your perfect vacation in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests can either dine at the kitchen peninsula or gather around the dining room table. The living room is the perfect space to gather and watch your favorite movie on the smart TV, play a game or watch the golfers! The sectional sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Outside, the patio is a great spot to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze with a lagoon and golf course view!
