Located just off the 6th tee of Harbour Town Golf Course, 18 Wisteria is a three-bedroom home in the famous Sea Pines Resort. This home sits in a quiet neighborhood, where guests will have access to the Greenwood Forest community amenities. Harbour Town, full of shops, restaurants, and a marina, is just a 10-minute drive away.
Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and an additional under the car port can be found when guests arrive at the home. The walkway leads to the covered front porch area where guests enter the home. The foyer leads to the kitchen and eat-in dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, and two bar stools at the breakfast bar. A rectangular dining table for six is surrounded by large windows to allow natural lighting. The entryway leads into the living room, furnished with a high-top table for four, two standalone chairs, a love seat, and a sleeper sofa. The furniture is arranged around a decorative fireplace and flat screen tv. Off the living room, guests can gather on the sun porch through the sliding door, where another love seat sofa and chair are found. The in-home laundry can be found just off the kitchen in the mudroom, with access to the car port.
Three bedrooms are found just down the hall from the living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, plush wicker chair and bench, a flat screen tv, and two dressers. The ensuite bath holds a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom contains a full-size bed, with large closet and flat screen tv. The second guest room has twin-over-twin bunk beds, with an additional twin bed, with a flat screen tv and closet space. The guest bathroom, with access from the hall and the first guest bedroom, contains a single sink vanity and traditional shower and tub combination.
With access from the sun porch, the back patio is furnished with a table set for four, and three additional chairs as well as a propane grill. Open the umbrella for some shade and enjoy the view of the Harbour Town Golf Course. Guests can continue their enjoyment of the outdoors with access to the Greenwood Forest community pool and tennis courts with the provided amenities car. The complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to transport guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and water sports are a ten-minute drive away, providing plenty of activities for the entire stay!
