Shipyard features 3 golf courses, Van Der Meer Tennis, and the Shipyard Beach Club which is a 5-minute bike ride from the villa.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located on the second floor which provides some of the best views of the golf course from the covered deck. The dining area on the covered deck is the perfect gathering place for family and friends or to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. The deck also features an uncovered area where you can soak up the sun in one of the lounge chairs! Inside, the open floorplan provides the perfect space to relax while still being able to enjoy the lagoon view with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room features seating for 6 and provides access to the deck with additional outdoor dining. Outside of this bedroom, guests will enjoy access to the brand-new full-size washer and dryer. The hall bathroom is perfect for guests staying in the second bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Shipyard offers a seasonal shuttle service (May 24 – September 5) from your neighborhood to the Shipyard Beach Club! The shuttle is an additional cost of $10 for 4 wristbands or $15 for 6 wristbands. It is a convenient way to make getting to and from the beach easy! More information on how to purchase wristbands will be provided 30 days or less, prior to check in!
